Went to PC walk-in during this flu/cold issue going around. Had a 1145 appointment had to wait a little since the office was slammed with walk-ins. My time came and I was treated my meds were called in and now 24 hours later I feel much better. Had great service and all office and medical staff was helpful and very professional.

Walk in and see a doctor or nurse practitioner if needed. They can do X-rays here and can take cultures if you have a wound and think it may be infected. Great service if you need to see a professional and don’t want to go to ER or wait for a regular appointment. I went on a Saturday morning I think.

Very busy but staff pleasant and attentive. Long wait but that was expected. The check in on the tablet seemed excessively long and detailed - or maybe that's just me. Overall, decent experience. I like that the can schedule you for a later time and you can leave and come back. Worked well.

We signed up online for tentative time to meet with an Dr. Although the walk-in was very busy, we were able to check in and only had a short wait. The provider we saw was thorough and professional. A chest X-ray was referred to another office. The wait time was minimal at the imaging services office. . Prescriptions were ordered and we were notified by email that the visit notes and summary were in the patient portal.

If it is the weekend and you need diagnosis or an X-ray this is the place to go. I always get to see a doctor or a nurse practitioner. It can be crowded so get there early.

Despite the waiting time, the staff and doctors have always been patient & supportive with my (& others) needs. They treat each person-answer questions & help in the best way possible. I’ve been going there for years & am very grateful for their help! Thank you!!

Make sure you schedule an appointment before going. Unfortunately all walk in clinics are doing this now. Clinic has a "sick" side and a symptom free side, I appreciated that since I was there for ear pain. I was in and out in under an hour. These guys are very busy. Help yourself out by doing the check in paperwork prior to getting there. Be patient they are working as fast as they can and they are extremely busy. I appreciated all the workers.

Dr DeSantis was so kind and thorough , he sat down and told me what he was planning for medicine and took his time. While it was probably 10 mins , he was present and such a wonderful Doctor. Kelly was great too ! Thank you for all you do and for being there on a Sunday!
